These Terms govern use of the Safain platform by organizations that create an account. Use of the service is subject to these terms.
1. Key Points
- Safain provides a multi-tenant CRM for mosques and Islamic institutions.
- Accounts are created by an authorized representative of the organization.
- Use of the service is subject to payment terms and fair use limits.
- Organizations are responsible for the data they upload and manage.
- We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or security risks.
2. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Refunds, cancellations, and plan changes are governed by the checkout and billing terms you select at the time of purchase.
We do not store your credit card details. All payment processing is done securely by our payment partners.
3. Acceptable Use
You generally agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach our security, or use it for illegal activities. We reserve the right to audit generic usage patterns to ensure stability and security.
4. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we provide a grace period for you to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
